Jan. 26, 2006 10:31 PM 		You are required to provide a copy of your certificate to the Bankruptcy Court and/or your bankruptcy attorney. Upon completion of the course and the user survey, you will receive a certificate of completion via e-mail. Print the certificate and provide a copy to the court.
